Bite-Sized Cheese Bacon Cutlet

One day , I look through Youtube to find out japanese food , then this recipe called ' Cheese Kushikatsu ' attracted me . The true recipe shape is ball shape but mine is longer a bit because my bacon is slimmer so cant roll into a ball shape .

Ingredients :

10 slices bacon
10 cubes cheese ( flavor : smoked , plain and cheddar )
2 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
50g flour
2 beaten eggs
50g japanese bread crumbs
30g white sesame seeds
vegetable oil ( for frying )

Method :

1. Place the slices of bacon running flat and vertically towards you then sprinkle a bit of salt and black pepper on the upper side of the bacon .

2. Place the cheese cube on the end of the bacon close to you and start rolling .

3. Wrap the cheese tight and securely , then put on a tray .

3. Flour the bacon rolls lightly then dip in beaten egg .

4. Next , coat the bacon rolls with japanese bread crumbs which combine with white sesame seeds .

5. Use one hand to coat flour and japanese bread crumbs , and use the other to dip in egg to keep one of your hands dry.

6. To ensure the cheese wont come out , use toothpicks to pock through both ends to secure it .

7. Lastly , deep fried them until cooked golden brown . Remove the bacon rolls from the oil and drain.
